MSM Summer Encounters

This summer we took different trips around the Victoria area in what we called "Encounter." We hiked mountains (Mt. Doug, Bear Hill, and Mt. Work), walked around lakes (Beaver and Elk), and even went swimming (at Commonwealth of course) all while sharing in friendship with one another. Why the name "Encounter"? Because we were encountering new friendships, encountering our own bodies through physical challenges, encountering God's created natural world, and therefore encountering God Himself in all of this.
